基于PT的小型化振动主动控制系统的研究

摘要 本文利用压电变压器(PT)替代电磁变压器、开关功放替代线性功放设计一种小型化的振动主动控制系统。此系统中,直流低电压通过DC-DC转换模块转换为直流高电压。此电压作为驱动系统的母线电压,参考信号经过信号调理电路后进入DSP控制器,经过相关算法的处理输出PWM信号,开关功放将该信号放大,最后低通滤波器将此信号解调,解调后的高压交流信号作用于压电驱动器,从而达到振动主动控制的目的。 The paper designs a kind of miniaturized system of active vibration control making use of piezoelectric transformer instead of electromagnetic transformer, and switching power amplifier instead of linear power amplifier. In the system, low volts d.c. is converted into high volts d.c. through DC-DC converter. This high voltage is regarded as the bus voltage of the drive system. The reference signal comes into DSP system after the signal conditioning circuit. PWM signal is exported after dealt with relational algorithms. The signal is magnified by the switching power amplifier. At last, the signal that is demodulated by low-pass filter acted on the piezoelectric driver so that the aim of active vibration control is achieved.
