文章首先概述了ＩＧＢＴ功率开关模块的发展动态，其次总结和比较了第二、第三以及第四代ＩＧＢＴ功率开关模块的各项技术性能参数，最后着重强调了ＩＧＢＴ的使用及使用中的几个关键性问题。
First,this paper introduces the developing situation of the IGBT power switch module.Then the technical and functinal parameters of the second,the third and the fourth generation IGBT power switch module are summarized and compared.Finally,the key to its application is emphasized particularly.
