摘要
文章尝试分析外包传递知识的微观机制。文章首先借鉴国际生产网络的研究成果,并加以发展以解释知识从发达国家企业向发展中国家企业的扩散。接下来以"长三角"地区的昆山市的调查数据为样本,考察了外包条件下技术国际扩散的微观机理。笔者研究发现,发展中国家在参与中间产品的生产过程中,发达国家的知识就以中间产品作为载体传递到发展中国家。
The paper attempts to analyze microcosmic mechanism of transferring knowledge through international outsourcing. We use international production network theory to explain knowledge transfer from developed countries to developing countries. Then we take investigation data of Kunsan city to review the microcosmic mechanism of international technology shift. The paper finds that intermediate product is a carrier of knowledge and the developing countries will benefit from it when they participate in the producing process of intermediate product.
