在分析宁夏优势特色产业集群的发展条件和机遇的基础上,阐述了宁夏优势特色产业集群的城市功能定位及产业设计。
On the basis of analyzing the development conditions and opportunities of superiority characteristic industry cluster in Ningxia, the urban functional position and industrial design were discussed.
