摘要
本文从国内外对大学生就业情况研究分析入手,结合河南省的实际情况,综合运用了多种分析方法对河南省大学生就业现状与存在的困难等问题进行了分析研究。最后,得出了河南省在大学生就业指导上,应从创造良好的社会氛围、建立以就业为指导的教育新体制和转变就业观念,提高大学生素质三个方面来解决大学生就业难的问题。
In this paper,we researched the employment situation at home and abroad for college students, combined with the actual situation in Henan Province. Used various methods to analysis the employment status of college students in Henan Province and the difficulties and other issues. Finally, we come to the conclution that we should create a good social atmosphere, establish guidance for the employment of the new education system and change the concept of employment and improve the quality of college students three ways to solve the employment problem.
