摘要
目的探讨睾丸女性化症的临床特征和诊治方法。方法总结5例临床确诊的睾丸女性化症的外形表现、血浆性激素检查、影像学检查、染色体核型等临床资料和治疗过程,结合文献资料分析和讨论睾丸女性化症的特征和诊治方法。结果5例睾丸女性化症均经双侧隐睾切除术,术后给予雌激素补充治疗和心理辅导,效果较好。结论睾丸女性化症临床并不罕见,手术时间的选择对治疗有重要意义,手术后的激素补充和心理治疗十分重要。
Objective To investigate the clinic features, diagnosis and treatment of patients with testicular feminizition. Methods The clinic data of 5 patients with testicular feminizition were retrospectively analyzed. The female phenotype, plasma hormone, 46 XY karyotype, imaging diagnosis and therapy for testicular feminizition were all discussed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results Five cases of testicular feminizition underwent bilateral cryptorchiectomy, afterwards treated with estrogen supplement and psychological guide. Curative outcome for this disease was effective. Conclusion Testicular feminizition was not a rare disease. Option of operation timing and estrogen supplement and psychological guide after operation were also for cure of testicular feminization.
