摘要
用计算机随机取样研究了多位点基因型遗传距离的估测精度。指出:(1)在所研究遗传距离期望值范围内,遗传距离期望值对遗传距离的估测精度没有明显影响,这表示品种间不论远近,在相同条件下都有相似的测定精度;(2)随着取样个体数增加,遗传距离测定精度增加;多位点基因型遗传距离的测定精度高于同样条件下的Nei氏标准遗传距离测定精度,这表示多位点基因型遗传距离的测定可以使用较少个体。另外,本文讨论了多位点基因型遗传距离和杂合度的本质,指出这种度量应能更好地预测品种间的杂交优势和品种内的近交程度。
おndividuals are randomly taken from real populations of fixed size to study the accuracy of the estimation of multiloci genetic distance. The results show that:(1) Different pairs of breeds with different distance expectations have similar accuracy of distance estimations;(2)The accuracy increases with the increase of sample size;(3)The accuracy of mutiloci genetic distance estimation is higher than that of the Nei standard genetic distance under the same conditions,and this indicates that fewer samples could be used in the determination of the multiloci genetic distances. The discussion of the essence of multiloci based on measurements of genetic distance and heterozygosity leads to the conclusion that these measurements should be more appropriate to predict hybrid vigor and inbreeding level.
