摘要
技术创新在企业的生产经营、组织管理以及科研开发的每个环节中都存在,技术创新作为一种独特的活动模式,它既不同于一般的生产经营活动,也不同于科学发现与发明活动,是一项复杂的系统工程。自上世纪80年代以来,产学研合作创新已成为世界各国技术创新,特别是高新技术领域创新的主流模式,也是当今经济发达国家科技与经济结合的成热经验。本文从知识经济条件下技术创新特点入手,分析产学研合作技术创新的动因与优势。
The technological innovation in enterpris e＇s production operation,the organization management as well as in scientific research development＇s each link exists,the technological innovation takes one kind of unique active pattern,it is already different with the general production and operating activities,is also different with the science discovery and invention,is a complex systems engineering.Since the 1980s,industry -university -institute has become the world in technological innovation,particularly the high-tech innovation areas of the mainstream model,is also today＇s developed economies and economic integration of technology into a hot experience.This article the technological innovation characteristic obtains from the knowledge economy condition,to analysis of Industry-university-institute cooperation in technological innovation the cause and the advantage.
