摘要
本文对熊彼特以来各国经济学家关于中小企业在技术创新方面的论点与研究成果进行分析，研究了技术创新与市场结构、企业规模等之间的关系，提出只有在一定前提下，比较中小企业相对于大企业在技术创新方面的优势和劣势才有意义的观点。
This paper analyzed the issues on technology innovation of medium and small entermises(SMEs) by the economist in many countries since J.A.Schumpeter. Do some research on the relationship between innovation and market structure, firm size, etc. Make the conclusion: SMEs are superior or inferior to big enterprises in different precond itions.
