摘要
欠发达区域创新体系在创新主体、创新环境、创新能力和创新路径都有别于区域创新体系。产业转移和欠发达区域创新体系之间存在许多耦合说明产业转移为欠发达区域创新体系的构建提供了一种新的途径。西部地区创新体系属于欠发达区域创新体系,在当今东部产业外移的背景下,西部地区应该积极承接,培育本地区区域创新体系。
Innovation Systems of Developing Regions s is different from Regional innovation systems on the Structure of Innovation Subject,innovation environment,innovation capability and innovion approach.There are many coupling elements between Industrial Transfer and Innovation Systems of Developing Regions,which means Industrial Transfer offer a new approach to construct Innovation Systems of Developing Regions.The innovation systems for the west in China is Innovation Systems of Developing Regions,on the condion of the east of China transfering labor-dense industries,west regions should prepare for accepting industrial transfer to construct their Innovation Systems.
