摘要
沈阳经济区是区域经济一体化的产物,区域创新体系作为区域科技创新的动力机制,对区域经济发展的推动作用日益明显,已成为区域发展壮大必不可少的重要因素。这里从战略角度深入探讨构建区域创新体系的资源条件,提出沈阳经济区创新体系构建的战略步骤,系统阐述了区域创新体系构建的推进措施。
Shenyang economic zone is the outcome of integrative regional economy. As the dynamic system of science and technology in the region, regional innovation system is playing an important role in the progress of regional economy, and becomes an important factor of regional development. This article analyzes and discusses the resource condition of establishment of regional innovation system, brings forward strategic steps and propulsive measures of establishment of regional innovation system.
