摘要
在考察加强国际金融监管合作的必要性的基础上,分析了加强国际金融监管合作的可能性以及阻碍国际金融监管合作进行的因素,认为虽然存在一些因素妨碍金融监管国际合作的进行因素,但金融监管国际合作是经济金融国际化的必然要求和结果,不仅是必要的而且是可能的。然而,由于受多种因素的制约,金融监管的国际合作又不可能在短期内完全实现,是一个十分复杂的长期过程,要分层次、分阶段逐步进行。鉴于此,提出了加强金融监管国际合作的对策措施。
On the basis of analyzing both necessity and probability of strengthening international cooperation in financial supervision,we research what to hinder international cooperation in financial supervision.Although there are some factors that hamper international cooperation in financial supervision,but it is not only necessary but also possible.The international cooperation of financial supervision is the inevitable requirement and results of internationalization of economic and finance.However,due to various factors,international cooperation in financial supervision can not be fully realized in the short term.It is a very complex long-term process;we have to do it gradually.In view of this,we make suggestions how to strengthen international cooperation in financial supervision.
