Properties of Electrochromic WO_3,V_2O_5 Thin Films and WO_3/Li^+ Electrolyte/V_2O_5 Smart Window

摘要 采用电子束和热蒸发分别制备了WO3和V2O5薄膜,研究了WO3薄膜的电化学、循环耐用性、电致变色特性,分析了V2O5薄膜的Li离子储存性能、Li离子的注入/退出可逆性以及离子注入对光学性能的影响,并讨论了WO3薄膜/Li离子电解质/V2O5薄膜构成的灵巧窗器件的电致变色特性.实验结果表明,这样构成的灵巧窗器件具有比较理想的光学调制性能. WO3 and V2O5 thin films were prepared by electron-beam and resistance evaporation in a high vacuum system, respectively.Lithium was inserted electrochemically from an electrolyte into these films so that Lix WO3 and LixV2O5were Obtained. Electrochemical, electrochromic properties and durability of WO3 thin films as well as Li+ storagebehaviour, reversibility of Li+ intercalation/deintercalation in V2O5 thin films,together with influence of Li+ insertionon their optical properties were investigated. Characteristics of the smart window consisting of WO3 film as the electrochromic layer, V2O5 film as the Li+ storage material and a lithium perchlorate dissolved in propylene carbonate as the electrolyte were discussed. The present results have shown that WO3 thin film has an excellent electrochromicproperties, V2O5 thin film is a good Li+ storage layer, and the smart window has a large range of optical modulation.
