摘要
首次具体导出了多种型式等角速回转连杆机构应满足的基本尺度约束关系式,为寻求新型等角速回转连杆机构或等速联轴器提供了必要的理论基础,应用这些关系式,可得到包括所有已知各种等速联轴器机构在内的一些尺度关系较为简单、便于制造的新型等角速回转连杆机构.作者还据此提出并试制成一种具有结构简单、大偏移轴交角特点的新型等速联轴器机构.
This paper first gives fundamental dimensional binding relations of constant-velocity(CV) linkages analytically, providing the theoretical basis for seeking new kinds of CV linkage or CV coupling. Using these results, you canobtain some new kinds of CV linkage with simple dimensions tO be convenient for manufacture, including all kinds ofknown CV coupling having only lower pairs. According to this, the author presented and developed a new kind of CVCoupling with simple structure and large intersect angle.
