改性水性聚氨酯防腐蚀涂料的研制 被引量:5

摘要 为进一步提高水性聚氨酯涂料的综合性能,以桐油酸酐酯多元醇改性的聚氨酯乳液为成膜物质,选用新型环保防锈颜料及相关助剂,制备了具有优异耐化学品性及防腐蚀性能的改性水性聚氨酯防腐蚀涂料。采用红外光谱分析乳液的结构;根据相关标准测试了改性涂料及涂膜的性能,优选了涂料配方中pH值调节剂、防锈颜料及增稠剂的种类,研究了颜料体积浓度对涂料性能的影响,并优选最佳值。结果表明:桐油酸酐酯多元醇能有效改善水性聚氨酯涂膜的内交联结构,使其耐水性和耐酸碱性增强;改性涂料涂膜的综合性能较好,满足铁路货运车辆防护的使用要求。 A waterborne polyurethane anticorrosive coating with excellent chemical resistance and anticorrosive properties was prepared with aqueous polyurethane modified by waterborne tung oil anhydride ester polyol as the film-forming material,and a new type of environment-friendly anticorrosive pigment as well as other related auxiliaries.The structure of the emulsion was analyzed by infrared spectrum measurement,and the modified coating and the coating performance were measured according to the related standards.The pH value regulator and the anticorrosive pigment were optimized,and the effects of pigment volume concentration on properties of the coating were discussed and optimized.Results indicated that tung oil anhydride ester polyols could effectively improve the water resistance and acid-base resistance of the coatings by adjusting the inner crosslinking structure of the coatings.The modified coating had good comprehensive performance,and could meet the requirements of the rail freight.
