摘要
实验应用ARDRA、全细胞脂肪酸分析、16S rDNA系统发育分析、DNA G+C mol%含量和DNA同源性分析等方法对几株硅酸盐细菌进行系统发育分析,根据结果,部分菌株划分为胶质芽胞杆菌(Bacillus mucilagi-nosus),并建议成立新的芽胞杆菌类型。
ARDRA, PLFA Identification System, G+ C content of DNA and DNA- DNA hybridization were adopted for analysising the diversity of several silicate bacterium strains. The results of these method showed that these strains were subdivided into bacillus mucilaginosus and a novel species of genus bacillus.
