摘要
裂解高硫石脑油对裂解气碱洗塔和废碱液氧化系统影响较大,裂解气碱洗塔虽然能够满足工艺要求但存在不稳定性;氧化塔处理能力有限,不能满足加工高硫石脑油的要求。为此,对工艺数据及工艺操作进行了调整,使碱洗塔和废碱液氧化系统平稳运行,裂解气中 H_2S 含量降至300 mL/m^3以下。
High-sulfur cracked naphtha has a great in- fluence on cracked gas caustic washing tower and spent caustic oxidization system.Firstly,instability exists in the caustic washing tower although it can satisfy the pro- cess requirements.Secondly,the capacity of the oxi- dization tower is not sufficient to satisfy the requirements of processing high-sulfur naphtha.Therefore process data and process operation were adjusted.As a result,a stable operation of the caustic washing tower and spent caustic oxidization system is achieved,and the H_2S content in cracked gas is reduced to below 300 mL/m^3.
