Summary of Measurement Technology for Surface Roughness

摘要 表面粗糙度对加工件的性能有着很大的影响。由于机械、电子及光学工业的飞速发展,对精密机械加工表面的质量及结构小型化的要求日益提高,使得表面粗糙度测量显现出越来越重要的地位。通过对表面粗糙度测量技术的发展历史与发展现状的追述,阐述了一种常见的表面粗糙度测量仪的工作原理和性能,并对其相关问题作了讨论。 The function of workpiece is highly influenced by the surface roughness. With the rapid development of the mechanical,electronic and optical industries, the quality of surface and minimized-structure of precision mechanism are highly demanded, which makes surface roughness measurement more and more important. Measuring apparatus for surface roughness are introduced and their developing trends are forecasted.
