摘要
根据中国烟草企业知识产权发展现状调查问卷的有关数据,利用一般统计分析和因子分析方法,对当前烟草企业知识产权发展的影响因素进行了实证分析,得出了主要影响因素,构建了一个行业知识产权发展对策模型。同时,根据实证研究结论,就改善烟草行业知识产权发展条件提出了知识产权管理体系和制度、约束激励机制、人才培养、知识培训等方面的若干对策建议。
Demonstration analysis of influencing factors in intellectual property development in tobacco enterprises was carried out by general statistical analysis and factor analysis with data collected from surveys. The major influencing factors were obtained and a countermeasure model was set up. Furthermore, countermeasures such as intellectual property management system, the stimulation-restraint mechanism, talents education, relevant knowledge training, patent information analysis and application were put forward based on the conclusions.
