摘要 采用交流阻抗法研究了复合缓蚀剂中各组分的缓蚀机理,结果表明亚硝酸盐是阳极型钝化膜型缓蚀剂;硅酸盐是混合型沉淀膜型缓蚀剂;有机铵盐则是吸附膜型缓蚀剂,三组分复合后有增效作用。钢筋/砂浆的交流阻抗结果还表明,三元复合缓蚀剂的加入能改善水泥砂浆的微观结构,降低其孔隙率。 A. C. impendace technique was used to investigate the corrosion inhibition and mechanism of inhibitors for rebar in simulated pole solution and mortar. The results show that among the composite inhibitors, NaNO 2 is an anodic inhibitor; silicate only deposits on the surface of the rebar passive film; organic ammonium improves the passive film by competing with Cl -. When added in certain ratio, their combined effect is found to be very effective. A.C. impedance also shows that the pore rate of mortar is reduced by adding composite inhibitors.
