摘要
通过对几种原砂(粉)及其与高锰钢(氧化锰)反应产物的微观组织分析,探讨了原砂(涂料骨料)的成分与型砂性能之间的关系。在此基础上,采用混科回归设计的三阶单纯形重心设计方法进行原砂(粉)成分的优化,提出适合于高锰钢铸造用的三元复合原砂(粉)的组成。
Abstract The dependency among the composition, microstructure and performances
of the sand (or powder) has been found by studying the microstructure of
the reaction products between several kinds of sand (or powder) and high
manganese steel (or manganese oxide). Then cubic simplicial barycentric me-
thod of mixture regression design was used to optimize the composition of
the sand (or powder) and the ternary-composite molding material suitable
for high manganese Steel castings was originally produced.
