摘要
建立一套色谱-反应联合装置,实现了在微量进样条件下对胜利原油减渣中胶质组分的催化裂化反应性能的考察。结果表明,在特殊设计条件下,色谱-反应联合装置具有快速、简便、再现性能良好的特点,可完成对渣油中胶质组分的催化裂化反应性能考察。
A GC reactor on stream analysis system was developed successfully in the laboratory. The resin feed of Shengli vacuum residue was premixed with particles of a commercial catalyst(CRC 1) according to the desired catalyst/oil ratio. The cracking reaction was carried out by injecting the catalyst particles containing oil quickly to a fixed bed reactor under the following conditions: the reaction temperature, 500℃; the catalyst/oil ratio, 6, the quantity of resin added, 30 50mg. The reaction products were condensed and collected in a GC column, then eluted and analyzed by program temperature control at a rate of 10℃/min after the reaction. The cut points of C5 gas, gasoline and diesel were calibrated by passing the catalyst particles containing pure compounds of n C 5, n C12 and n C22 under the same reaction condition as mentioned above. The main reaction results were summarized. From number 3 to number 13 of resin, the feeds got heavier and the yields of cracking gas and >diesel fractions were almost constant. But the yields of gasoline and diesel decreased and the yield of coke increased significantly. This results are in coincidence well with those reported in literature. It is shown that the GC reactor on stream analysis system can be employed to study the catalytic cracking reaction of resin and its sub fractions in Shengli vacuum residue sucessfully.
