摘要
对荧光共振能量转移(FRET)技术及其应用进行了较全面的综述,介绍了Forster原理,FRET实验技术(包括给体-受体对的选择、标记方法及能量转移效率的测定),及其在生物大分子结构与功能研究、免疫分析和核酸杂交分析等几方面的应用,并对其将来的发展作出了一些评价与展望。
Application of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) technique in bio- analysis are reviewed with 53 references. The review begins with a summary of Forster' S theory, and some of the most commonly used experimental strategy, including the selection of donor-acceptor couple, labeling methods and the detection of energy transfer efficiency. The application of FRET in the study of the structure and function of biological macro- molecules, in immunoassay and in DNA hybridization assay are discussed in subsequent sec- tions. Finally, the prospects for the future application of this technique is conducted.
