摘要
为探讨厦门港口物流发展的问题,使用SWOT分析法对其内外部因素进行分析,得出厦门发展港口物流存在地理位置、对台区位、港口条件、港口规模、集疏运条件、港航信息网络等优势,劣势主要有腹地不足;经济规模小;中转功能建设滞后等。提出厦门港要在竞争中巩固并提升自己的地位,不仅要积极拓展港口经济腹地,而且要创造条件,大力发展国际集装箱中转业务,还要加快港口物流信息平台的建设,实现"传统港"向"智能港"的转变;更要加强与邻近港口的合作,实现协同发展的建议。
This article uses SWOT method to analyze the internal and external factors for the study on the development of the logistics of Xiamen Harbor. It concludes that in development of port logistics, Xiamen Harbor has the strengths in the geological location, its closeness to Taiwan, port conditions, port size, container shipment conditions and port information network. The main weaknesses are small hinterland and economic size,and backwardness of the transfer functions. The article points out that in order to strengthen and improve its situation, Xiamen Harbor will not only need to actively expand its economic hinterland but also needs to put in more efforts in developing the international container transfer business ,and expedite the construction of the logistics information platform in order to transform itself from the ＂traditional type＂ harbor to ＂intelligent type＂ harbor. In the meantime, it also needs to strengthen the cooperation with other neighboring harbors to achieve coordinated development.
