摘要
以柯萨奇Ｂ组（ＣｏｘＢ）１－６型病毒感染的Ｖｅｒｏ细胞上清液作抗原，建立了间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法，用于检测心肌炎患者血清中ＣｏｘＢ１－６型病毒ＩｇＧ抗体，ＩｇＧ抗体滴度≥６４００者定为阳性，在４４例心肌炎患者中有３１例为阳性占７０．４５％，其阳性检出率明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），后者仅占７．４１％（２／２７）。在９例获急性期和恢复期双份血清中，抗体滴度呈４倍上升或下降者有５例，占５５．５６％。
Had used crude viral antigen prepared from CoxB16 virus infected vero cell and developed on indirectELISA test for the detection of CoxB16 virus IgG antibodies in sera of patients with myocarditis.The result demonstrated that the 9 cases with paired sera,5(55.56%) had IgG 4fold rise or fall by indirectELISA.44 cases of myocarditis sera and 27 cases healthy sera were examined.The CoxB IgG titers≥6 400 were determined positive,the percentages of CoxB IgG≥6 400 were 70.45% and 7.41% respectively.The type distribution of IgG positives with myocarditis were 2500% against CoxB1,1700% against CoxB2,3400% against CoxB3,500% against CoxB4,2100% against CoxB5,700% against CoxB6.
