摘要
我科自１９８０年４月～１９９５年１２月收治４６３例心脏瓣膜病者行瓣膜置换术。其中二尖瓣置换术３０９例，主动脉瓣置换术９７例，主动脉瓣加二尖瓣置换术５７例。全组术后１月内早期死亡率９２９％。并讨论在心脏瓣膜置换术中保留二尖瓣后瓣和瓣下结构的二尖瓣置换术、三尖瓣成形。
rom Apr. 1980 to Dec. 1995, 463 patients had been undergone with heart valve replacements in our unit. Among them, 309 cases were of mitral valve replacements, 97 cases were of aortic valve replacements, and 57 cases were of combined aortic and mitral valve replacement. An average mortality of the whole group was 929% within the first postoperative month, with MVR, AVR and DVR mortalities of 874%,516% and 1578 respectively.
