摘要
报告作者1990年3月～1993年5月行保留二尖瓣瓣下结构的二尖瓣替换术9例(其中保留全部瓣下结构4例,保留后瓣及腱索、乳头肌5例)的治疗体会,并对其适应症、禁忌症和术中注意事项进行了肤浅讨论.
Nine Cases of mitral valve replacement by veserved Subvalvular Structure were operated from March.1990 to may 1993(among them, 4 cases are rserved all the subvalvular structuve and 5 cases are reserved tendinous cords and papillary muscles). 1ta indication, Contraindication and the attention in intraoperation were discussed briefly.
