摘要
为探讨治疗慢性丙型肝炎较好的方法；本文采用病毒唑联合重组基因干扰素（ＩＦＮ－α２ｂ）治疗３４例慢性丙型肝炎，并以单用ＩＦＮ－α２ｂ治疗的２８例为对照；结果：联合用药组的ＨＣＶＲＮＡ转阴率为５８．８２％，与对照组比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；故认为。
To research for one efficient route in treatment chronic hepatitis C combined ribavirin with IFN-α 2b to treat 34 case of chronic hepatitis C.The treatment group HCV RNA became negative in 5882%,being higher as comepare with the control (P<005).This method is efficatively in treatment chronic hepatitis C.
