Predicting minimum pressurizing temperature for hydrogenation reactor

摘要 利用平衡晶界偏聚理论,汁算焊缝金属中P元素晶界偏聚量。以某加氢反应器为例的理论计算结果与试验结果较吻合,表明应用平衡偏聚理论解释加氢反应器回火脆化现象是可行的。提出了求解加氢反应器停车后再次开车时最低升压温度与运行时间关系的方法.求得该加氢反应器运行150000 h后最低升压温度为117.32℃。并预测其在运行180000 h及207600h的最低升压温度分别为127.33℃和135.00℃。 The segregation on grain boundary of impurity element P in the metal of welded seam was calculated according to the equilibrium grain boundary segregation theory for a hydrogenation reactor. The results of theoretical calculation and experiment show that the temper embrittlement phenomenon of hydrogenation reactor can be explained by the equilibrium grain boundary segregation theory. The relationship between the minimum pressurizing temperature and operation time in the re-start of the reactor after shutdown was proposed. The minimum pressurizing temperature of a hydrogenation reactor is 117.32 ℃ after operating for 150, 000 hours. The minimum pressurizing temperatures after service for 180,000 hours and 207,600 hours are predicted to be 127.33 ℃ and 135.00 ℃ respectively.
