摘要
针对现行热壁加氢反应器存在的问题，介绍了一种新结构热壁加氢反应器。这种反应器制造简便，使用安全，且从根本上避免了堆焊层剥离等现象，材料的回火脆性也得到改善。文中最后还对工程实例进行了强度设计计算。
In view of the problems of present hot-walled hydrogenation reactors,this paper proposes a unique construction composed of combined thin inner coresand wound ribbons,Besides simplified manufacture and safe operation, this con-struction avoids peeling of overlay weld deposit and reduces temper brittleness ofmaterial,As a engineering example,this paper also gives the design and strengthcalculation.
