摘要 运用数据包络分析方法对当前电力市场环境下一年中发电企业每月的生产效率进行评级和分析,得出生产效率相对有效性的定量化结果,并对有效性相对不高的月份提出了改进各种资源配置的方法,进而把该方法用于发电企业综合效率评价的研究中,把平均电价作为衡量销售效率的主导因素,提出了发电企业效率因子和基准比较组的确定方法,从而实现对发电企业一年中各月份综合效率的排序和评价。实例结果表明,该方法计算方便,结果直观。 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) is used to evaluate the monthly productivity of next year under current power market condition for power generation enterprise. The quantitative results of relative productivity are obtained, based on which the resource allocation is improved for the worse months. It may also be applied to the synthetical efficiency evaluation research. The average electricity price is taken as the main factor to evaluate the sales efficiency and the way to determine the efficient factors and benchmarks for comparison is proposed, with which the ranking and evaluation of monthly synthetical efficiency in one year is realized. Case study shows that, the method is convenient in calculation and intuitionistic in results.
