摘要
本文应用数据包络分析技术，测算了八大电网的全要素相对生产率，研究了其规模效益及分类情况，并对计算结果进行了纵、横向综合分析、比较，较好的解释、印证了八大电网生产实际，为决策层对经济系统进行综合比较、评价提供了有效的技术经济手段．
With appling date envelopment applysis (DEA ) ? this papercalculates the values of the total factor relative productivity (TFRP) of eight electric power networks, studies the returns to scale and the classification of their, and compares their calculated results from vertical and horizontal section, explains and verifies their practices. It prosents a effective technical and economic tools for policy-making body comparing and evaluating economic systems.
