摘要
笔者介绍了SF6开关设备中SF6气体的微量水分及对其运行的影响,通过对现行多个标准的比较后得出必须控制好SF6气体中微量水分含量。针对SF6气体中微量水分超标的问题,结合某局两个实例,介绍了现场处理方法和相关情况,总结得到一些有效的施工经验和注意事项,为运行检修人员提供参考。
This paper introduced the micro-water contained in the SF6 gas in SF6 breaker and its influence on the operation of the breaker. Through comparison of a number of standards in force, it comes out the conclusion that the level of micro-water in the SF6 gas must be eliminated. As for the problem of the level of the micro-water which exceeding the allowed figure in the SF6 gas, through analyses of two examples of a Bureau, this paper introduced the treatment on-the-spot and some related situations. This paper also summed up some effective experiences and matters needing attention on the installation of SF6 breaker for reference for the operating and maintaining personnel. Through the comparison of current standards, the paper discusses the micro-water of SF6 gas in breaker and the effect to the equipment. With examples, the paper mainly offers reference to the operating and maintaining staff how to treat the micro-water on the scene which exceeds the standard.
