醇法大豆浓缩蛋白企业内控标准的建立 被引量:1

摘要 生产原料、生产过程直接影响醇法大豆浓缩蛋白的成本和质量。对影响醇法大豆浓缩蛋白质量的各因素进行了分析,建立了醇法大豆浓缩蛋白原料检验标准、生产过程检验标准和产品企业标准,并对其中的关键项目和指标的设立及控制进行了重点阐述,以期为醇法大豆浓缩蛋白的生产和标准的统一提供参考。 Raw material and production process directly affect the quality and production cost of alcohol leached soybean protein concentrate (ALSPC). The factors affecting the quality of ALSPC were analyzed, the material testing standard,in process inspection standard and enterprise' s product standard were also established. In addition, the setting up and control of critical point and indexes were emphasizly described. The study could provide reference for the production and uniform standard establishment of AL- SPC.
