无溶剂漆是中小型电机线圈常用的浸渍漆。无溶剂漆无溶剂可挥发,因而消除了绝缘层内部空隙,提高了绝缘质量,并具有改善操作工艺、降低材料消耗和改善环境卫生等优点。
Solventless varnishes are often used for impregnating the coils of middle and small motors. Without volatile solvents, the voids in the insulating layer may be avoided and so the insulating quality can be improved. By using solventless varnishes, the impregnating process can be improved, the material consumption reduted and the environmental conditions improved too.
