摘要
目的探讨不同实验室两种检测系统血清酶测定结果的可比性。方法参照美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会EP9-A2文件,以TBA-40FR检测系统为比较方法,以GLAMOUR2000检测系统为实验方法,测定40例患者新鲜血清的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP),将结果进行对比分析。结果两种检测系统的AST、ALP测定结果有可比性,而ALT、γ-GT无可比性。结论不同检测系统间应进行方法比对和偏差评估,以实现检验结果的可比性。
Objective To investigate the comparability of serum enzyme results between two kinds of detection systems in different laboratories. Methods According to National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards （NCCLS） document EP9-A2, the serum concentrations of alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）,gamma glutamyltransferase （γ-GT） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP） were measured by using TBA-40FR detection system （comparison method） and GLAMOUR2000 detection system （laboratory method）, and then the results were compared and analyzed. Results The results of AST and ALP showed comparability between the two detection systems,but the results of ALT and γ-GT showed no comparability. Conclusion It is necessary to perform methodical comparison and bias estimation among different detection systems in order to insure the comparability of measured results.
