摘要
目的研究马蹄莲中水溶性化合物。方法将乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、苯、氯仿、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯萃取后的水溶液,经硅胶色谱分离,分离得到的化合物,经UV、IR1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR及GC-MS波谱分析,对其进行结构鉴定。结果从马蹄莲中分离得到3种水溶性化合物:三胺嗪、5-羟甲基糠醛及脱水内醚糖。结论3种水溶性化合物均系首次从马蹄莲中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify water-soluble compounds from Zantedeshia aethiopica. Methods Water-soluble compounds from Zantedeshia aethiopica were obtained by washing the ethanol extract of Zantedeshia aethiopica with petroleum ether, Benzene, Trichloro methane, n Butanol, and ethyl acetate in turn, and then isolated by silica chromatogram gel. Chemical structures of compounds were identified by UV, IR, ^1H-NMR,^13C NMR, and GC-MS method. Results Three water-soluble compounds including melamine, 5 hydyoxymethyl furfural, and terogluson were obtained from Zantedeshia aethiopica. Conclusion Three water-soluble compounds including melamine, 5- hydyoxymethyl furfural, and lerogluson are isolated for the first time from Zantedeshia aethiopica.
