摘要
从乌桕[SapiumSebiferum(L.)Roxb.]叶中分离得到4个化合物,经波谱鉴定为N-苯基-1-萘胺,正三十二烷醇,9,12,15-十八碳三烯-1-醇和十六烷酸乙酯.从乌柏茎皮中分离得到3个化合物,经波谱鉴定为β-谷甾醇,十六烷酸乙酯和3,4,3′(或3,4,4′)-O-三甲基鞣花酸.其中9,12,15-十八碳三烯-1-醇,十六烷酸乙酯首次在此植物中发现;3,4,3′(或3,4,4′)-O-三甲基鞣花酸是一个未见文献报道的新化合物.
Four compounds were isolated from the leaves of Sapium Sebiferum. Byspectroscopic evidence they were identified as N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine,n-dotriacontanol,9,12,15-octadecatriene-1-ol and hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester; Threecompounds were isolated from the bark of Sapium Sebiferum. By spectroscopic evidence they were identified as β-sitosterol,hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester and 3, 4, 3'(or3, 4, 4') -tri-o-methylellagic acid. 9, 12, 15-octadecatriene-1-ol, hexadecanoic acidethyl ester were first isolated from this plant. 3,4, 3' (or3, 4, 4' )-tri-o-methylellagicacid was a new compound.
