西蒙醇提取物对家兔特发性血小板减少性紫癜白细胞介素-4和干扰素-γ的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨西蒙醇提取物对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的治疗作用及其机制。方法制备豚鼠抗兔血小板血清,静脉注射复制兔ITP模型;西蒙醇提取物灌胃给药,血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数,ELISA法检测血小板相关抗体(PAIgG)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的水平。结果ITP模型组血小板计数显著低于正常对照组,而PAIgG、IL-4水平明显升高,西蒙醇提取物治疗后,血小板计数显著上升,PAIgG和IL-4明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组相比,模型组IFN-γ轻微降低(P>0.05),但模型组IL-4/IFN-γ的比值却明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西蒙醇提取物通过调节Th1/Th2应答而发挥对ITP的治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of alcohol extracts of simon on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and its possible mechanism. Methods Alcohol extracts of simon were taken to cure the ITP models of rabbits which were made by injecting the anti platelet serum of rabbits. Alcohol extracts of simon were intragastrically administered. The number of platelets and levels of platelet-associated antibody (PAIgG), interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were determined. Results Platelet count was significantly lower in the model group than in the normal group, and the levels of PAIgG and IL-4 were increased in the model group, Alcohol extracts of simon signifi cantly increased the platelet count and decreased the levels of PAIgG and IL-4. But the level of IFN-γ was not different between the model group and the normal group. Conclusion The increased count of platelets by alcohol extracts of simon in ITP may be associated with regulating Th1/Th2 response.
