玉屏止嚏颗粒对变应性鼻炎大鼠IL-4、IFN-γ的影响

摘要 目的:观察玉屏止嚏颗粒对变应性鼻炎大鼠IL-4、IFN-γ的影响。方法:用卵白蛋白制备变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、玉屏止嚏颗粒组、辛芩片组,给药2周,观察各组大鼠鼻部症状,测定血浆IL-4、IFN-γ水平。结果:玉屏止嚏颗粒能改善变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻部症状,下调IL-4水平,上调IFN-γ水平。结论:玉屏止嚏颗粒可能通过下调变应性鼻炎大鼠血浆IL-4水平、上调IFN-γ水平、平衡IL-4/IFN-γ比值来发挥对变应性鼻炎的治疗作用。
