摘要
以多乙烯多胺为起始剂、环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷为单体,合成了嵌段数和链节长度不等的6种嵌段聚醚型破乳剂:X2、X23、X3、Y33、PPEP1221、PPEP11344,用瓶试法对陕北油田有代表性的河庄坪和子长原油进行破乳剂脱水性能测试,发现X2、X3两种破乳剂对河庄坪原油破乳脱水性能较好,6种破乳剂对子长原油破乳脱水性能均较差。并运用电导法、染色法鉴别出河庄坪和子长原油乳状液类型为W/O型。
Six polyether demulsifiers X2, X2B, X3, Y33, PPEP1221, PPEP11344 are synthesized from polyethylenepolyamine as.primer, epoxypropane and ethylene oxide as monomer. The demulsification and dehydration performances of the demulsifiers are tested for the representative crude oils of Hezhuangping and Zichang in North Shanxi Oil Fields by bottle tests. Two excellent demulsifiers X2,X3 for the crude oil of Hezhuangping are screened out. However, the work for crude oil of ZiChang is far from expected results. The crude oil emulsions of Hezhuangping and Zichang are all W/O by measuring specific conductance and dyeing state of the emulsions.
