摘要
大庆黑帝庙稠油化学脱水过程不稳定,为此研制了一种四元复配破乳剂.所用稠油样含胶质沥青质26.3%,20℃密度0.94 g/cm3,25℃粘度1.675 Pa·s,含水34.2%(W/O乳状液).引入综合反映脱水速度和最终脱水率的参数'破乳性评分'(DV),作为原油破乳剂的一个评价指标,0<DV<600.从两个厂家生产的12种聚醚破乳剂中初选出了6种破乳剂,将6种单剂按起始剂类型二元等量复配,在60℃、加剂量100 mg/L条件下90 min脱水率只有50%~60%,DV值为129.7~223.1;用正交实验设计方法将6种单剂多元等量复配并进行组分比例优化,得到由2种多胺起始、2种树脂起始聚醚破乳剂组成的优化配方四元复配破乳剂,其中单剂H4,H6,H3,H7的质量比为4:2:2:1.该四元复配破乳剂对黑帝庙稠油的脱水效果,在加剂量100mg/L时随着温度升高(60~80℃)而增大,在70℃、加剂量为150 mg/L时脱水效果最佳.在70℃、加剂量150 mg/L时,90 min脱水率为99.71%,DV值为524.93,净化油含水1.16%,脱出污水合油56 mg/L.表4参6.
The dehydration of viscous crude oil proceeds unsteadily at Heidimaio oll field, Daqing. A tetra-eomponent eombinational demulsifier is developed. The crude oil taken in experiments contains 26.3% resin-asphatenes and b.as density at 20℃ 0.94 g/cm^3 and viscosity at 25℃ 1. 675 Pa's and its W/O emulsion contains 34. 2% water. A crioterium, demusification value (DV) representing both dehydration speed and extreme dehydration degree is introduced for evaluating crude oil demulsifiem (Ds) with 0〈 DV〈600. From 12 polyether Ds of two manufactors, 6 Ds are chosen through a preliminary sieving test; of these Ds all bi-component combinations of Ds with different initiator type in equal mass ratio give 90 min hydration rate of 50--60% and DV in range 129.7m 223.1 at 60℃ and dosage 100 mg/L; through multi-component combination of these 6 Ds in equal mass ratio and optimization of components ratios, an optimal formula of tetra-component combinational deulsifier composed of 2 polymnine-initiated (H4 and H6) and 2 resin-initiated (H3 and Hs ) polyether Ds in mass ratio of H4, H6, H3 and Hs = 4 : 2 : 2 : 1 is obtained. With this quarternary combinational demulsifier, the dehydration efficiency for Heidimiao viscous crude oil increases with raising temperature (60--80℃) at dosage 100 mg/L and goes through a maximum at dosage 150 mg/L with increasing dosage (100---200 mg/L) at 70℃. A 90 min dehydration rate of 99.71%, a DV of 524.93, a water cut in purified crude oil of 1.16%, and an oil content in separated water of 56 mg/L are observed at 70℃ and dosage 150 mg/L.
