摘要
目的测定复方环丙沙星喷鼻剂中乳酸环丙沙星、盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法用紫外分光光度法测定乳酸环丙沙星含量,溶剂为0.05mol/L氢氧化钠溶液,测定波长为334nm;用旋光法测定盐酸麻黄碱。结果乳酸环丙沙星质量浓度在6~18μg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系。乳酸环丙沙星、盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率分别为99.64%和100.27%,RSD分别为0.42%和0.58%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of ciprofloxacin lactate and ephedrine hydrochloride in Compound Ciprofloxacin Nasal Spray. Methods Ciprofloxacin lactate was determined by UV spectrophotometry with 0.05 mol/L NaOH as solvent, and the detection wavelength was 334 nm. Ephedrine hydrochloride was determined by polarimetric analysis. Results The good linear range of ciprofloxacin lactate was 6- 18 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 99.64% with RSD of 0.42%. The average recovery rate of ephedrine hydrochloride was 100. 27% with RSD of 0. 58% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
