摘要
目的:应用差示分光光度法测定复方环丙沙星滴眼液中环丙沙星的含量,以消除附加剂的干扰。方法:在336nm波长处,以环丙沙星在0.1mol/L盐酸溶液和0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中不同的紫外吸收光谱测得的差示吸收值(△A)为定量依据。结果:环丙沙星浓度在18.76~56.28μg/mL之间符合比尔定律,浓度与△A值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.9%,RSD=0.83%(n=5)。结论:该方法简单、快速,结果准确。
Objective: To determine the content of ciprofloxacin in compound ciprofloxacin eye drops and to eliminate interference of additament. Methods: Determining △A with different ultraviolet spectrum of ciprofloxacin in 0. 1 mol/L HCl and 0. 1 mol/L NaOH, detection wavelength 336 nm. Results: The standard curve of ciprofloxacin concentration ranging from 18.76μg/mL to 56.28 μg/mL was in correspondence with Beer's law. The △A and the concentration showed a good linear relationship. The mean recovery was 100. 9% with RSD =0. 83% ( n =5). Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and accurate.
