摘要
研究了脱乙酰壳多糖固体膜及乙酸水溶液的荧光特性，考察了实验条件对荧光发射的影响．初步提出了脱乙酰壳多糖的荧光发射机制。
The fluorescence properties of the chitosan solid film and CS in HOAc/H2O are studied under varied experimental conditions. The fluorescence emission mechanism of chitosan is proposed tentatively. In addition, it is found that the intramolecular hydrogen bond and coordination are closely related to chitosan fluorescence emission.
