摘要
探讨姬松茸(AgaricusblazeiMurril)子实体多糖和菌丝体多糖提取的条件.对子实体多糖和菌丝体多糖的提取率进行比较分析,得出子实体多糖提取的最佳条件为1∶10的加水量、100℃的提取温度、5h的提取时间.菌丝体提取的最佳条件为1∶30的加水量、100℃的提取温度、5h的提取时间.在相同条件下,菌丝体提取到的多糖比子实体的多.并研究了不同提取剂对姬松茸多糖提取的影响,实验结果表明,用草酸、草酸铵溶液浸提姬松茸,可提高多糖的提取率.
In this paper,the extracting conditions of Agaricus blazei fruiting body polysaccharides and mycelium polysaccharides from Agaricus blazei are studied.Through comparing analyses on the extracting ratio between fruiting body polysaccharides and mycelium polysaccharides,we find the best conditions to extract fruiting body polysaccharides are with 1∶10 water,at 100℃ and for five hours,while mycelium polysaccharides is with 1∶30 water,at 100℃ and for five hours.At the same conditions,more polysaccharides can be extracted from mycelium than fruiting body.The effection of different extracting reagents on Agaricus blazei polysaccharides is also reported.The results show,the extract tatio can be improved with Agaricus blazei infused in Oxalic acid Ammonium Oxalate solutions.
