摘要
目的研究尖锐湿疣组织中环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)的表达及探讨其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应法测定25例尖锐湿疣患者组织和25例正常对照者皮肤COX-2mRNA的定量表达。结果尖锐湿疣患者组织和正常对照皮肤中均有COX-2mRNA的表达,但尖锐湿疣患者组织中COX-2mRNA的表达显著高于正常对照者皮肤内的表达水平(P<0.01)。结论COX-2可能参与了尖锐湿疣的发病过程。
Objective To study the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase -2 （COX-2 ） mRNA in condyloma acuminata. Methods Twenty five adult patients with eondyloma acuminata and 25 healthy control were sequentially enrolled in this study. The production COX -2 mRNA was measured by real -time polymerase chain reaction. Results COX -2 mRNA was expressed in both condyloma aeuminata lesion and healthy skin. Expression of COX- 2 mRNA in eondyloma acuminata lesion was higher than that in control subject （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion COX - 2 could be part of the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminata.
