摘要
论述了科技因素和“创新理论”在经济发展中的地位和作用，指出“创新机制”是联结科技因素与经济发展的重要环节，科技与经济的紧密结合是我国经济可持续发展的必由之路．
It has discussed about the position and functions of scientific factors and the theory of blazing new trial in the development of economy.It points out that the system of blazing new trial plays an important role in connecting scientific factors and economic development.The combination of scientific technology and economy will be the only way for the steady development of the economy in our country.
