摘要
城市与区域良性互动是区域协调发展和区域整体实力提高的重要条件。文章从产业结构转换迟滞与城市化滞后、城市与区域"二元"结构矛盾突出、城市空间布局不尽合理、资源型城镇的经济衰退与低质城市化、城市与区域整合节点、廊道、载体发育不足等方面,探讨了制约东北地区城市与区域相互作用的主要因素,进而为解决东北地区城市和区域的关系问题,促进城市与区域的良性互动,提高城市与区域整体实力提供科学依据。
The positive interaction between cities and regions is of vital importance in coordinating regional development and enhancing its overall strength. The paper explores the main factors which constrain the interaction between cities and regions in the northeastern region of China from five aspects： the sluggish conversion of industrial structure and a lag in urbanization, the contradiction of urban and regional ＂binary＂ structure, the irrational urban spatial layout, the economic recession and low level in urbanization of resource- based towns, the development shortage of nodes, channels, carrier in urban and regional integration, and provides scientific basis on which to resolve the relationship problems between cities and regions in northeastern region, promote their positive interaction, and enhance their overall strength.
