摘要
提出了一种基于Windows CE5.0多线程机制的绣花机运动控制系统软件设计方案。结合硬件中断技术,运用线程同步方法,实现了绣花机运动控制系统的强实时性技术要求,解决了绣花机在高速运行过程中的响应速度较慢、停车控制精度低和噪声大等问题。该方案已应用于自主开发的绣花机系统中,测试表明,绣花机高速运行时各方面性能有明显的改善,具有较高的工程价值。
Proposing an approach for movement control system of Embroidery Machine Based on Windows CE5.0 muhithread, with the technology of hardware interruption and method of threads synchronization, realize the hard real-time request of movement control system, solve difficulties such as slow response, low precision and big noise, and it has been used in project, The experiment results indicate that the abilities of machine are improved.
